(A) United Kingdom ( 2001,2002,2003,2004).

Mr. Sharat commenced his career by working in M W Phillips Chemists (UK) as an Intern Graduate Pharmacist. He had undergone 30 weeks of training to understand the functioning of the entire UK Pharma System. Through his dedication and commitment to providing unmatched service, he received a position as a Manager (Central Office).

He handled all the other branch operations and increased the supply of goods to 25 wholesalers through a business analysis plan. He further honed his abilities and became Country Head (UK).

Through his leadership & communication aptitudes, he handled Prostate Cancer drugs to reach out to national-level doctors. He received a letter of appreciation from the CMD (Chairman & Managing director of the company) as an honest, sincere, loyal, & hardworking Pharmacist.

(B) United State of America ( 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007).

Mr. Sharat is a self-determined and competent professional who bears a never-ending zeal to deliver the best in every endeavor. He has worked with a lot of leading companies including Cardinal Health & Qtech (USA), wherein he worked as a Senior Consultant and implemented SAS software in pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations. He maintained business relations with a few CRO, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology companies.

Along with this, he handled projects on BA and BE studies to validate and statistically analyze the data. This project helped the technical staff to find more documentation on BA and BE studies as well as guided them to prepare a presentation to satisfy the client’s needs.

Working over the years with full dedication, he further went on to become a General Manager and handled the Operations of Family Care & Community Pharmacy banner of Cardinal Health (New York, USA).

He worked with patients’ health insurances to process prescription claims to assure accurate co-pay amounts for both patients and insurances. A perfect team manager who maintained accuracy in creating reports and claiming the insurance for best profit margins.

(C) Singapore ( 2008,2009,2010,2011).

Mr. Sharat also worked in Loben Trading Co Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) as a Director for four years i.e. from January 2008 to December 2011. He handled the Group Businesses of pharma, trading, telecom products & software. He has also taken care of the Group Chairman Business Office.

Along with this, he ascertained business development in India and the Asia Pacific. He worked on establishing a very good Board of advisors for the Asia Pacific and INDIA.

Mr. Sharat has a strong analytical aptitude which helps in analyzing business processes. He implements growth strategies, participates in business meetings, and recommends changes in business practices to increase revenue.

This helps to handle large-scale data via non-traditional analytics and visualizes it in real-time. Mr. Sharat is the Executive Director at Devlok Bharat Project (Vaishnovi Versatile Ventures Pvt Ltd.) which is a Spiritual Disneyland in Tirupati. It is a divine world that provides immense and unforgettable spiritual experience and knowledge by way of various mythological theme shows and water rides based on Hindu Epics.

The aim is to promote the Ancient Hindu Culture of India and Create Awareness of the Cultural Ethos of our Heritage by developing Replicas of 108 Great Temples of India. It provides services in all the segments of Tourism like leisure, entertainment, spiritual, pilgrim, cultural, and the medical to serve the personal, social and co rporate needs of visitors.

Along with these, Mr. Sharat is the Founder and Managing Director at Atmeeya Homes Private Limited. It is a Real Estate Construction and Services Company. This initiative is the Brainchild of Sharat, who is a strong believer in the idea of ‘Bharat’ and its rich cultural heritage. With his visionary mind, he started his venture to deliver living spaces that are not houses or projects, but homes and communities. It provides utilitarian home designs for simple and budget-friendly homes, apt for promoting community living.

Since 2019, he has been working in “Swayamsevaks Media LLP” (SML) which is a Hyderabad based media house. As a Founder and Managing Partner, he has a deep and narrow focus on rebuilding and reconstructing Akhand Bharat, as a self-confident, mighty and resurgent nation. This behemoth vision of the transformation requires inspired minds, active commitment and participation from the people of the nation, particularly the younger generation who are the torchbearers into the future. His affiliation with RSS at different levels and his passion to create the right awareness about this esteemed organization is the driving factor behind this prestigious project.

Mr. Sharat engages in consultative discussion to create a Learn Business Model Canvas and evaluates the primary research data collected and collated. He develops and structures the Business Plan and Investor Proposal to suit the fund-raising requirements. Mr. Sharat has completed certified courses in Information Technology and Business Management from CMC Limited, Hyderabad (2000-2001).

Before this, he went to Osmania University to complete his graduate degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.), Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Administratio(1996 – 2000).

He received his higher education from N.B.K.R Arts & Science College, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Mr. Sharat is an astute, strategic person and an active social worker with a strong foothold in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He is a Coordinator at World Hindu Economic Forum and World Hindu Congress. Coming from a third-generation RSS family background, he holds a rich and productive experience in the arena of social services. His ability to reach out and interact with various strata of the society and his active participation in the establishment of numerous RSS ‘Shakhas’ in and around India (Nellore, Nalgonda, Vijayawada, Hyderabad), abroad (UK,USA, Singapore) has earned him accolades. He made healthy relations with local and national leaders and was awarded for remarkable work towards social welfare.

He was pivotal in bridging Global Telugu Associations; collated a comprehensive list of 100 plus organizations across the globe. That made him found the world Telugu foundation professionally do social services in Specialty projects.

Mr. Sharat has actively participated in various movements such as Swadeshi Jagaran Manch Movement, Ayodhya Ram Mandir Movement, and Advani Ji Rath yatra Movement. He also participated in the General Elections of BJP (1998, 1999, 2014, 2019) and State elections for BJP Gujarat (2007, 2012). Karnataka(2018) Uttar Pradesh(2017, 2022), West Bengal(2016, 2021), Telangana (2018) Andhra Pradesh(2019).

Along with these, he was actively associated with Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (UK, USA, Singapore). There he participated in Vishwa Sangh Shibir, which is known as a network of 60 countries. It took place in Ahmedabad (2005), Pune (2010), and Indore (2015).

During his stint, he played a proactive role in building Indian and International heads of RSS. Apart from these, Mr. Sharat also served as the Political Advisor to the Former (MoS) Union Minister and Personal Consultant to the Union Minister in New Delhi, India. He was involved in handling the Delhi and Political Office. He designed the framework for the Projects and provided the right resources for the right work.
